VG, Nostalgie through group 2A

VeryGames has advanced from second group stage's group A with a 3-0 record while Russian mixteam Nostalgie advance after wins over TeamCRG and e-Sports.rs.

The French squad, widely considered second best in the world, showed much better play in the second group stage as they recorded three dominating wins over their competition.

ScreaM & co are through to the playoffs

Despite the early loss against VeryGames, the Russian side were able to make it through to the playoffs thanks to a 16-9 win over e-Sports.rs on de_mirage_csgo and a 16-11 victory versus TeamCRG on de_inferno_se. VeryGames will face off against Natus Vincere tomorrow at 10:00 in the quarter-finals, while Nostalgie are up against Ninjas in Pyjamas, also scheduled to start at 10:00 .
