mousesports ease past LDLC in Group B decider; to semis

mousesports advance to the playoffs at DreamHack Denver after defeating LDLC on two maps (16-2 on Nuke and 16-4 Cobblestone)
The decider series began on LDLC's pick of Nuke. MOUZ got off to a good start with a clean first three rounds. In the fourth round, LDLC went for a force buy, and Kévin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans got a good double kill to put his team in a 3v1, but Chris "chrisJ" de Jong pulled off an amazing two kills with his Scout and defused the bomb to secure the round.
The next gun round went down to the wire, and Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez won the 1v1 against chrisJ to put his team on the board. MOUZ pulled away, easily winning round after round, propelled by great plays from chrisJ and Miikka "suNny" Kemppi. LDLC finally won a second round in the 14th round, but were unable to do anything more, and finished the half 2-13.
The second pistol round was a massacre for the LDLC side, with MOUZ winning it in mere seconds. chrisJ and Robin "ropz" Kool quickly cleaned up Ex6TenZ's men, and took the first map 16-2.
ropz continued his domination from the first map and secured four kills in the pistol round of Cobblestone, putting his team in prime position to get a large lead. The chrisJ-led team sped to a four-round lead off of a big flank from suNny, and put their economy in great position. Ex6TenZ called for a quasi-buy with a large amount of utility in round 7, but his team was unable to convert it into a round win, putting them down 7-0.
Maniac and Ex6TenZ led the way in the next round, and powered their way to a round win on the B bombsite. Much like on the previous map, MOUZ ran away with the half, with the young Estonian ropz topping the scoreboard. The 14th round consisted of a stunning quadruple kill from ropz and a resulting 1v1 victory for suNny, which set up the last round of the half. MOUZ never touched the breaks, and put up 14 total rounds on their CT side.
LDLC finally picked up a pistol round, as well as the following two rounds, giving the team some hope of a comeback. However, it was but a dream for the LDLC side as they lost the last two rounds, finishing the game 4-16.
